Approval to reopen South Carolina

Brothers,

Yesterday, Toby Smith, Phi Kappa Sigma Executive Director, and I were notified by Chris Narron, USC IFC President, that the IFC had approved our petition request to establish an Alpha Eta (AH) colony at (South) Carolina. The approval was for an immediate startup of the colony.

My sincere thanks to all of you who worked hard to help make this a reality. Congratulations to our future Phi Kap brothers at Carolina who did more than their share to achieve this historic event. I am certain these “Men of Honor” will build AH into a great chapter that will thrive on the Carolina campus and strengthen Greek life there.

Next Saturday, April 26, 2008, at 4:00 P.M., a ceremony will be held to induct these men formally into the AH colony. I urge you all to join us as the road to rebuild our great chapter begins.

I will update you in a few days as to the location and schedule for the ceremony. Please plan to attend.

Fraternally

Steve Counts, Chairman
Phi Kappa Sigma, AH Advisory Board

  3. Future Brothers,

I am a founding father of AH colony, and, in the near future, a proud active member of Phi Kappa Sigma. I hope to see many of the brothers and alumni joining us for our ceremony.

To Mr. Krasik, we would love for you to join us in our alumni-parent tailgate before our baseball game with Auburn. The game starts Sunday at one, tailgating starting around 11 at the latest. If you need, feel free to contact me on my cell: 803.807.8252.
